Paper Impregnation Line Programme
On an impregnation line the result is defined by resin stability, correct hardener dosing and clean press plates. Our programme combines reactive hardeners for UF/MF mixtures, a second-bath gloss additive for difficult papers, a separation fluid that removes print marks in dark colours and alkaline and acidic cleaners for melamine press plates in one workflow.
How the programme works

First bath
DETAY-PURE HG 1014 (1 – 1.5 %) on lines running 100 % urea, no hardener needed.

Hardener selection
DETAY-HMU 1005 for short press times, DETAY-HMU 1007 for UF/MF/UF-MF mixtures and laminate flooring balance paper.

Second bath
DETAY-GLOSS SF 1006 for high gloss on decor papers that are difficult to impregnate.

Print marks
DETAY-PRS 1009 separation fluid on dark-coloured laminate flooring lines.
05
Press plate care
Periodic cleaning of melamine mould plates with DETAY-DT 100 (high alkaline) and DETAY-DT 128 ACSOL.
