A good coating starts with a clean, prepared surface. The programme covers degreasing before painting, one-step rust removal that leaves a phosphate layer, cleaning stainless steel after welding, preventing spatter during welding and protecting machined parts until shipment.
How the programme works

Degreasing
Spray and wipe with DT 110 or DT 302 before painting.

Rust and phosphating
One-step rust removal with low-foam acidic DT 152; 1/5 – 1/15 dilution.

Stainless steel
DT 124 PX for weld discolouration and corrosion.

Welding
DT 117 (1/8 – 1/15) against spatter adhesion in gas-shielded welding.

Protection
DT 160 protective oil during shipment and intermediate storage.
